VoxGen works with B2C organizations in the US, UK, and EU manages more than 1 million customer contacts per year.
The acquisition of VoxGen will expand Waterfield’s position as a global conversational AI technology and services partner for clients from mid-market to large enterprises looking to accelerate their CX transformation.
