Waterfield Private Equity Fund I subsidiary Waterfield Technologies has acquired Altura Communications, one of the largest communications solution organizations in the United States. Headquartered in Anaheim, CA, Altura manages over 10,000 customer sites in government, education, healthcare, and financial markets for over 8,000 customers from 25 locations in the United States. 
 
Together, Altura and Waterfield Technologies represent a new kind of customer engagement powerhouse, where full end-to-end services are combined with consultancy, intelligent design services, and innovative technologies to deliver real value across the contact center landscape. This acquisition will broaden Waterfield Technologies’ global network to expand and deliver communication solutions, additionally combining the years of experience of both organizations.

The Altura acquisition marks the 5th acquisition by Waterfield Technologies since its founding in 2000, and the 76th acquisition by Waterfield Enterprises since Mr. Waterfield and his brother, J. Randall Waterfield, both Goldman Sachs alumni, founded it in 1998. Waterfield Enterprises headquarters are located in Roanoke, Indiana, and Miami, Florida.
